Our local management is
run by Kim of Savvaidis and Associates and her excellent team will provide the Villa service for your holiday. You will
be provided with a free welcome pack which includes water, fruit juice, coffee, milk, tea, sugar, bread, butter, eggs,
preserve, ham, cheese, crackers, and wine, or reasonable substitutions may have to be made from time to time.

An information file in the
Villa will provide details of: -Housekeeping notes and information -Emergency contact numbers -Call out options (could entail a small cost) -Local and Island amenities and features We are unable to accommodate pets, and inside the
villa is strictly non smoking. We request that you provide your own beach towels please.
Clean linen and towels are provided at changeover. Stays over 7 days have
fresh linen, towels and clean after one week. Pool and garden maintenance will take place as necessary during your stay.
Extra cleaning/laundering
at your request at a small charge.

is 230 volt European standard.
