On this home page we introduce our New Villa and its highlights. Our other pages will provide details important to your holiday and which we hope will provide an insight into Villa Thea and the Island of Rhodes.

This luxury Villa in the Afandou area is on a hilltop location offering outstanding 360 deg views of the sea, hills and countryside. and is available to rent.

Accommodation is suitable for 6 people in three bedrooms, each with balcony. A modern fitted kitchen and spacious living area is complete with all essentials.

For larger parties please enquire about our two Villa option, subject to availability of both Villas.

Outside in the landscaped walled grounds, is a patio and terrace to a private 8m x 4m tiled swimming pool.

There is private parking space on the property.

Local amenities are a short drive in Afandou and Kolympia. Afandou beach provides quiet areas to relax, and Kolympia has beach and water sports. Afandou is an excellent place from which to explore this wonderful Island.

Bustling Rhodes Town to the north with its fascinating historical Old Town and the New Town shopping experience with its departmental and designer shops. Don't miss the harbour!

Historic Lindos and its Acropolis are to the south, and there are beautiful east coast beaches on any journey.

Whats in a name?

Originally called Hilltop 2 from the developer’s description, to which we had become quite attached, we decided that a descriptive Greek name was more appropriate. Therefore after much deliberation Villa Thea was born. Pronounced like Th-e-a (e as in egg, a as in apple) it is written in Greek as θea, with the emphasis on the “e” it means view or vista. By placing the emphasis on the “a” the meaning changes to Goddess.
