Luxury accommodation is suitable for 6/8 people in three bedrooms, each with balcony, plus two single sofa beds in lounge.  A modern fitted kitchen and spacious living area is complete with all essentials.

Outside in the landscaped walled grounds, is a patio and terrace to a private 8m x 4m tiled swimming pool.

Local amenities are a short drive in Afandou and Kolymbia. Afandou beach provides quiet areas to relax, and Kolymbia has beach and water sports. It is a 20 minuite walk to Kolymbia centre for Shops, Restaurants, Tavernas and nightlife. This area is an excellent central location from which to explore this wonderful Island.

Bustling Rhodes Town to the north with its fascinating historical Old Town and the new town shopping experience with its departmental and designer shops. Don't miss the harbour!

Historic Lindos and its Acropolis are to the south, and there are beautiful east coast beaches on any journey.

Whats in a name?

Originally called Hilltop 2 from the developer’s description, to which we had become quite attached, we decided that a descriptive Greek name was more appropriate.  Therefore after much deliberation Villa Thea was born. Pronounced like Th-e-a (e as in egg, a as in apple) it is written in Greek as θea, with the emphasis on the “e” it means view or vista.  By placing the emphasis on the “a” the meaning changes to Goddess.
